This is an A5 painting, window mounted with a bevel edge and will fit an A3 picture frame.
 
Part of a series of St Peter Port pub drawings. All of the originals have been drawn in black fine liner pen and finished with water colour pens. Each time I have waited for a sunny day when the sky is a lovely bright blue and then sat across the street from the pub and worked on the image from life. Finished colours and touches have been added back at the studio. A beer has been sampled in each pub. At the Cornerstone I enjoyed a pint of Camden. Also love the Sunday roasts at the weekend or a cheeky baked Camembert midweek.
 
The work is available to view at the Mill Street Studio on most Saturdays (between 10:30 and 15:00) or by appointment at any other time. Message to arrange to view this piece or any others.
 
Work can be delivered for free in Guernsey or picked up from the studio by arrangement.
